At Canadian Hoist and Hammer Inc., we understand what it truly takes to build. Our team’s foundation in construction began in 1998 with JB Construction, later evolving into JB Design Build, where we specialized in prefabricated wall systems.
Over the years, we gained extensive experience installing walls, floor assemblies, and roof structures, as well as providing structural site supervision—giving us a deep understanding of the challenges and complexities of building projects.

In 2015, we expanded our services to include mobile crane operations, allowing us to support our clients with both equipment and expertise. We now operate two mobile cranes: a 28-ton Boom Truck and a 50-ton Swing Cab, capable of handling projects of many sizes across a wide range of industries. Our cranes are ideal for HVAC installations, rooftop units, steel erection, trusses, modular/prefab components, and heavy material placement.
